2025 Summer Camp Information

CMS is a safe, high quality, and summer camp for youth who are rising to Kindergarten through 5th Grade. Summer Program Dates are Monday through Friday, June 9 - August 1, 2025 Program Hours are 8:00am-5:30pm. The program will take place at Oxford Learning Academy, 2810 Sharer Road, Suite 28/29 Tallahassee, FL 32312.

Fees

This camp offers tuition scholarships for families who receive ELC assistance. To qualify for the remaining tuition scholarship, ELC families must transfer their ELC voucher to Oxford Learning Academy for the summer months. While families will be responsible for their parent fee, all other center fees will be waived ($0.00).

Additionally, 25 scholarships are available for private pay students with unique abilities or those who are private pay. For these students, parents will be responsible for a $250 monthly fee.

ELC Families

• Must transfer their ELC voucher to Oxford Learning Academy for the summer months.

• They will receive a tuition scholarship for the summer, with the exception of the parent fee which the families will need to pay.

• All remaining center fees will be covered by the scholarship, meaning $0.00 for those fees.

Private Pay Students

• There are 25 scholarships available for private pay students who either have unique abilities or are private pay families.

• Private pay families will need to pay $250 per month, and this amount covers the camp's fee for the month

Payment Terms

• Parents are paying for the full month, not on a weekly basis.

Important Information (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Only 80 students can be accepted within the camp. A separate application must be submitted for each attending youth. An approval email will be sent on or before April 30th, confirming if your application has been conditionally accepted. As a condition of acceptance, parents or the youth's guardian, must attend the required in-person (only) CMS Camp Orientation Meeting. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 6:30pm. The location of the meeting will be provided via email once your application has been conditionally accepted.

Non-attendance to the CMS Parent Orientation Meeting will result in the student not being admitted to the Summer Program.

Incomplete applications or applications with missing forms or information, will not be processed.

All approved applications will be processed in the order that they are received.
